Vedat Mizrahi, a Partner at ACT Capital, boasts an extensive career of over 20 years in investment banking, during which he has held prominent senior management roles.

Previously, he achieved remarkable success in managing numerous projects at Deloitte Management Consulting, Deutsche Bank's Equity Research division, and Ünlü&Co, where he served as Managing Director overseeing Equity Research, Public Offerings, Wealth Management, and M&A positions. Moreover, he worked as a Director at Bank J. Safra Sarasin's London office, a prestigious Swiss Bank.

He has gained extensive experience across almost every sector throughout his professional background, making him well-versed in various industries and the entire economy.

 

Vedat has cultivated strong relationships with prominent domestic and international fund management companies, particularly in share sale and public offering projects. His ability to connect at the highest levels has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, an MBA from Koç University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Boğaziçi University. Additionally, he is recognized as a Chartered Fellow at the Securities and Investment Institute in London.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Vedat Mizrahi is an accomplished angel investor with a diverse portfolio comprising more than 10 investments across various sectors. His expertise has also led him to serve as an instructor at King’s College, London.
